Q1. Are your samples free or charge cost ?

Actually it depends on the products. For low value products, we will provide free sample, freight paid by your side. But for some high value spls, it need sample cost and freight. Pls informed that all sample cost and freight cost can be returned back to you after bulk order placed. You're welcomed to email us for checking.

Q2. Can you do the designs for us?

Yes. We have a professional team with full experience in packaging box design and manufacturing. We can manufacture the products as per your requirements.

Q3. How long can I expect to get the sample?

It will be ready for delivery in 5-10 days. The samples will be sent to you by express. 

Q4. What about the lead time for mass production?

Frankly speaking, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally, we suggest that you start inquiry 60 days before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
