Nano-Graphene Coated Aluminium Foil
Synthetic
graphite thermal conductive film is a kind of thermal conductive
film material with high crystallinity and good lattice
orientation, which is prepared by advanced synthesis technology
in extremely high temperature atmosphere. It not only has high
thermal conductivity, but also has good
anisotropy.
Aluminum foil is used as the base material, graphene (nano carbon) composite layer is coated, and polyacrylic acid glue is coated on the other side; it is used for edge wrapping of electronic components, playing the role of heat conduction and heat dissipation.
