A: Our factory is located in Changshu, Jiangsu, China, close to Shanghai. You can fly to Shanghai airport first, then we will pick you up. We warmly welcome you visit us whenever you are available!
3Q	What is the raw material of your products?
A: Generally, Pallet Rack is Q235 steel, Supermarket Shelf is Q195 steel. Other kinds of materials are also available to clients’ requirements.
4Q	What is the term of payment?
A: As general, 30% T/T down payment and balance before shipping. L/C is also available.
5Q	What is the delivery time?
A: As general, about 20-28 days for ordinary order quantity. Better for you to start inquiry 2-3 months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
6Q	Which port will be used as loading port?
A: Shanghai port (the closest port to us) is recommended strongly as loading port.
7Q	What is your terms of delivery?
A: We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

A: Samples are available for different products, some of them are for free, but some are not. Contact me to get more details.
