The Delphi and Molex Connector both designed by overmolding type. The molded Fuse Holder assembled 5A fuse inside. When molded on several pcs of cables, usually we need to use heat-shrink tube or tape to make sure the wires gather together and round enough before molding.

2. Provide harness design assistance, rapid in-house prototyping(CAD, SOLIDWORK), also accept flexible Qty, even including working round-the-clock to meet tight turning-round time requirements.

Usually we can prepare the local raw materials within 14 days.And for original parts,like TE,TYCO,MOLEX,we need to check with the supplier for their best L/T.For raw materials with long delivery period, we can prepare stock according to your requirements.
