Comparison of Traditional & ultrasonic cleaning methods for golf club:
Traditional cleaning:
Put clubs in the tank/bath, immersible for several minutes with detergent, clean club/grips/balls one by one with soft brush to avoid damage the surface.
Ultrasonic cleaning:
Put a full set of golf clubs in ultrasonic tank with suitable detergent, all will be cleaned within 2minutes.
Make $200+ per day for less than $200 per month!
Ultrasonic golf club cleaner cleaning has been proven to be the most efficient method of removing contaminants, such as grease, oil, wax, fluxes, fingerprints, oxides and other deposits-from visible and invisible surfaces, holes and cracks. In general, if an item can be cleaned with liquid, it can be cleaned much faster and more thoroughly with an ultrasonic cleaner. In fact, it may not be possible to clean certain intricate and complex parts without the use of an ultrasonic cleaner.
Cleaning process and application of ultrasonic golf club cleaner:
This machine function as automatic vending machine for each token, token operated (one set of 100 includes), the built-in electronic counter can record each time cleaning and free to be tampered. It’s perfectly applied golf courses, golf links, golf clubs and outdoor golf party occasions. T-160T can clean golf club heads, rubber grips and also golf ball, regardless of club material is wood, aluminum or titanium.
Brief introduction:
AG Golf Club Ultrasonic Cleaner with 40kHz can help to clean the golf clubs within 2minutes.
Ultrasonic sound througn the water/liquid and this causes microscopic bubbles to form on the surface of anything in the solution. The bubbles then grow like a ballon until they implode. This is called “cavitation”.
Advantages of ultrasonic golf club cleaner compare with traditional cleaning method:
1. Save time.
AG SONIC ultrasonic cleaner cost about ONLY 2~3minutes for a whole sets clean.
Clean by hand cost about half an hour for ONLY 1 golf club.
2. Save labor cost. make hands free from liquid.
3. No potencial damage to golf club during cleaning process
4. Make money via provide cleaning service to golf players.
What’s AG golf club ultrasonic cleaner?
Thousands of golfers prove that ultrasonic cleaner preserves the life of golf clubs and they play better golf with clean club heads and grips.
Ultrasonic technology works perfect when cleaning as the solution reaches all parts of club head and grips far quicker and more effectively than any other cleaning method.
You’ll never clean clubs any other way once you’ve cleaned golf clubs using Skymen ultrasonic golf club clean and discovered how quick, easy and effective the cleaner is.
How often should clubs be cleaned?
How often you use this machine depends entirely on two factors: your handicap and the frequency of play.
If you have a very low handicap then you really want to be looking at cleaning your clubs every 1 to 2 rounds of golf, If you have a high handicap (above 18) then you would want to be cleaning your clubs at least every 4 rounds. However this doesn’t take into account the frequency of play.
If you only play a round of golf per week then your frequency of cleaning would be higher. This is because the mud and grime would be left on the clubs and grips for longer, causing long-term damage and shortening the life-span of your clubs. Also left un-cleaned for a week the mud hardens in the grooves like cement making it much harder to clean.

What golf
club cleaner ultraosnic can do ?
Ultrasonic cleaners remove dirt, oils, lubricants, carbon,
rust, and other types of grime that
build up on engines and mechanical parts. Grooves,
internal passageways, seals, and other hard
to reach areas are cleaned easily, eliminating hours of
disassembling and reassembling complex
parts. Carburetors, pistons, cylinder heads,
aluminum parts, and brake calipers are
a few examples of components that are cleaned thoroughly
with no manual scrubbing in an ultrasonic
cleaner
It’s
efficient, clean, green and cost-effective golf club
cleaner.
Most importantly, it works.
A powerful cleaning solution is now as simple as soap,
water and some mighty little bubbles.
Ultrasonic cleaning technology is fast, gentle and
extremely powerful. It uses microscopic cavitation bubbles
and specially
formulated eco-friendly solutions to search every crease
and crevice and eliminate even stubborn or
difficult-to-reach contaminants, including grease, dirt,
hydrocarbons, metal
shavings, buffing/polishing compounds, carbon deposits,
mold release and more.

How does ultrasonic cleaner technology clean?
Cavitation bubbles are vacuum cavities as tiny as red blood cells, or about 8 thousandths of a millimeter across. They are so small that it would take 1,250 of them lined up in a row to reach 1 cm long.
Under pressure of continuous vibration, these bubbles stretch and compress at a fast rate. Once they reach a certain size, as determined by the frequency and strength of the sound waves produced, the bubbles lose structural integrity and collapse violently. When these implosions happen near a surface, the bubbles emit high-powered streams of plasma that travel at more than 500 miles per hour and collide with, agitate and remove even very tiny particles and substances from that surface.
When should you consider adding ultrasonics to a cleaning process?
Usually, the answer is whenever parts are not getting clean enough using the current method. Ultrasonics become a viable purchase when cleaning issues are negatively impacting productivity, quality and/or the bottom line. Effective cleaning with ultrasonics has been proven in a wide range of industries ranging from microscopic medical devices to reconditioned locomotive shafts, from aerospace parts to parts prior to coating, and more.
Ultrasonics can be included in a new cleaning process or sometimes can be retrofitted into an existing process. In many cases, rejects due to residue on parts can be virtually eliminated with the addition of ultrasonics into clean and/or rinse stations in a properly-configured parts cleaning line.

How
do ultrasonic machines work?
Ultrasonic tanks generate high frequency sound waves
through the use of transducers and electronic ultrasonic
wave generators. Typical transducers are made from
piezoelectric crystals which convert electrical energy into
mechanical / sound wave energy because piezoelectric
crystals change geometric size when electrical voltage is
applied.
The sound waves create microscopic bubbles of solution during periods of positive pressure, which implode and release a burst of energy during periods of negative pressure. This process is called cavitation. It is cavitation that enhances the separation of soils from substrates, often making ultrasonic cleaning faster, gentler, and more effective than other methods. Imploding bubbles travel wherever the solution goes, allowing cleaning activity even within complex part geometries and micro-parts.
When cleaning with ultrasonics the frequency of the sound waves is matched to the application. Frequencies range from 20 kHz to 170 kHz and above. The most commonly recommended ultrasonic frequency is 40 kHz. It is considered the “universal frequency” because it is generally safe for use in most applications and will produce the most intense cavitation energies to remove the most common types of contaminants (oil, grease, metal chips) from the widest range of substrates.
Lower frequencies such as 20 or 25 kHz produce larger cavitation bubbles which are more aggressive when they implode. These lower frequencies are especially suitable for applications like removing contaminants such as buffing compound from stainless steel medical implants or removing the byproducts of injection molding from steel or stainless steel molds.
