Mixed-flow pump is a kind of pump between centrifugal pump and axial flow pump. The specific speed of the mixed-flow pump is higher than that of the centrifugal pump and lower than that of the axial flow pump, generally between 300-500. It has a higher head than an axial flow pump, but a smaller flow rate than an axial flow pump and a larger flow rate than a centrifugal pump. It is used to convey clean and contaminated media, chemically neutral or aggressive media. Forced circulation in chemical processes, marine aquaculture, city gas engineering, water treatment systems.

The mixed-flow pump is a "pull-out" structure pump that eliminates the need to disassemble the lines connected to the pump body when inspecting and removing the impeller and shaft seal. Fitted with precision-machined pump shafts and bearings fitted with thin oil lubrication, with a protective bushing in the stuffing cover. The oil level of the bearing housing can be controlled by the constant oil cup.

The feet of the pump body can withstand any load from the line and transfer it directly to the foundation. In this way, the rotor does not bend due to the load on the pump, thus guaranteeing an optimal service life of the bearings.

Reduced clogging due to the large overcurrent area.

The direction of rotation of the pump, from the drive end, is clockwise.

The power drive can be either an electric motor or an internal combustion engine.

The pump unit can be equipped with a complete bleed device, which is conducive to the exhaust of the suction line.
