Eastan Tritan raw material price is expensive more than Plastic PP .

Eastan Tritan raw material price is RMB45/kg/ about usd7.2/ kg.

In our raw material market, there is a raw material made in Korea. It looks as transparent as Tritan, but this material is only withstand high temperature 60 degrees Celsius, it is can not be put into the microwave safe .our EASTMAN material can be 119degrees Celsius and put into the microwave 3 minute.

This Korea raw material price is RMB28/kg. About USD4.5/KG.

Also. Plastic PP raw material price is RMB12/kg. about USD 2/kg.

4.What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 1,000pcs.But we accept 500pcs for your trial order. 

5.Can I get samples?
Of course. We usually provide existing sample for free. Samples charge is refundasble when order is up to certain quantity. 

6.How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. If need design, it takes 5-7 days, subject to you designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.

7.How long is the production lead time?
It takes 20 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

8. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer ,our all designers all with more than 15 years of rich experience. So you can provide JPG, AI, CAD or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.

10.What is your payment term?
40% deposit and 60% balance against copy of shipping documents
