We are direct distributors of KF 94 Masks for 2 Korean brands. These masks are better than N95 or NIOSH standards and all the relevant certificates and testing standards are available in the brochures that can be sent via Whatsapp/email.

The Korean standards are more similar to the EU standards than to the US standards.

US certification agencies test filtering performance using salt particles, whereas European and Korean standards test against salt as well as paraffin oil.

Similarly, the US filtration tests are done at a flow rate of 85 litres per minute, whereas the EU and Korean filtration tests are done at a flow rate of 95 litres per minute.

KF94 masks are equivalent to P2 filtration and filter out 94% of particulate matter.

Korean masks are required to test for “CO2 clearance,” which prevents CO2 from building up inside the mask. In contrast, N95 masks don’t have this requirement.

To receive KF-94 certification, Korea requires a human fit-test, but US N95 certification does not require a human fit-test.
