A complete range of processing lubricants for plastics and rubber, covering wax-based, metallic soap, and ester-based systems. The line includes: PE Wax, an internal/external lubricant with moderate viscosity, a high softening point, and strong anti-plate-out ability, widely used in PVC products, masterbatches, road paint, and hot melt adhesives; Metallic Stearates (Calcium, Zinc, and Magnesium Stearate), fatty acid salts produced via a stable one-step process that function as lubricants, acid absorbers, and PVC heat stabilizer co-additives across rubber, engineering plastics, and other industries; and PETS (Pentaerythritol Tetrastearate), an ester-type lubricant offering good heat stability and low volatility, used as a lubricant for engineering plastics and a release agent for PVC.

Calcium Stearate

• Applications: rubber plastics, pipes and fittings, stabilizers, construction, paper and other industries; suitable for ABS, PS, PE, CPE, PP, BMC, SMC, PVC, phenolic resin, etc.

• Good demoulding effect, improves processing efficiency

• Good dispersion effect, effectively improves dispersion of fillers and pigments, and prevents fillers from agglomerating

• Excellent hydrophobic effect, significantly reducing moisture absorption rate

• Good weather resistance, maintains long-term use without discoloration, aging, and cracking

Zinc Stearate

• Applications: rubber plastics, pipes and fittings, stabilizers, construction, paper and other industries; suitable for ABS, PS, PE, CPE, PP, BMC, SMC, PVC, phenolic resin, etc.
