Q1. Are you a pet toys manufacturer or a trade company?
We are not only a trade company but also a manufacturer in Pillow for more than 15 years.
Q2. What are your company's main products?
We mainly produce plush toys, school bags, baby blanket, baby toys, animal toys, children's toys, dolls, pillow, pet toys etc. 
Q3. Do you accept OEM/ODM work? 
Yes,we have our own factory & designers can provide OEM/ODM service. We have been cooperating with many famous foreign supermarkets all the time.
Q4. Can I have my company name or logo on my custom pillows?
Yes. We can add your logo on your plush toys in various ways. We can make your logo on the t-shirt/ belly/ feet of your toys by printing or embroidery. All of these details will be discussed during the prototype stage. Furthermore we can print your company logo and/or url and/or character name on the label & tag.

About the sample fee

Q1. Why do you charge sample fee?
We need to order the material for your customized designs, we need to pay the printing and embroidery, and we need to pay our designers salary. Once you pay the sample fee, it means we have the contract with you, we will tak responsibility for your samples, until you say “ok, it is perfect”.
Q2. How much is the sample fee?
The account is up to your sample, usually it is 20-50 USD, but if there are many embroideries or printings, and it is very complex, the sample fee will be higher.
Also the sample fee will refund you when you place order.
Q3. Is the sample fee refunded when the order is placed?

Yes, the sample fee will be refunded to you when you place order.
Q4. What is the sample time?
It is 5-7 days according to the different samples. If you want the sample urgently, it can be done within 1-2 days.
Q5. If I send my own sample to you, you duplicate the sample for me, should I pay the sample fee?
Once we promise you that we can do it, you will not pay any fees any more.You just need to pay the delivery cost.
Q6. How about the sample freight?
If you have an international express account, you can choose freight collect. If not, you can pay the freight together with the sample fee.
Q7. If I don’t like the sample when I receive it, can you modify it for me?
Yes, until you say “ok, it is perfect”.   

About quality

Q1. How do you control the quality?
We check the finish toys one by one, make sure the quality is good. Also we have the factory QC to check goods ,meanwhile your side also can arrange the third party QC to check goods on our warehouse.
Q2. How can I do if I receive the bad quality goods?
Tell us the pcs of bad goods, and send us the photos, we will refund these costs or remake the goods for you.

About delivery time

Q1.What is the delivery time?
Usually, it is 10-15 days according to your quantity.
Q2. If i want the order urgently, can you make it faster?
Your urgent order is acceptable, 5 days is ok for some existing models.
