All modules are made from sheet metal as per gauges mentioned in Item (2) of  gauges of 20 swg Galvanize ( G.I. ) TATA    sheet metal.  Each sides  are modular and  fabricated to assemble for a modules.  This ensures that each sides and corners of module are thoroughly attended while fabrication, surface treated, phosphating and powder coated. Inner shelves are mounted on slits  provided on side panels of modules. Sides of module will be add on modular panel. Shutters & Drawers are double skin sandwich constructed. The drawer run smoothly on imported channels.  The module are mounted on pedestal / structure frame provided with leveling arrangements. The can locks of   efficient gadgets or Godrej are provided as standard locking system. The handles with buff finish are provided for easy operation of drawer and shutters.Standard modules are available in following size : Length = 450 mm /  600 mm / 900 mm -          Depth  = 520 mm- Height = 700 mm 

Apart from above standard modules, non-standard dimension modules are also provided as per typical site conditions. Modules will castor wheel in place of pedestal frame are also provided on request.

 The drawer and shutter are provided with polyethylene gasket for dust prevention and noise free closing.  The shutter are mounted to the modules with detachable self closing type conceal hinge, having adjustability in 3 direction.

  The drawer suspension & channel are imported channels for smoothest sliding.  The shutter & drawer fronts will be of sandwich construction and would be filled in between with sound dreading polyethylene
