Lab Deep Freezer

1. LAB DEEP FREEZER (-20°C)  (MODEL NO. RSTI-121)

SPECIFICATION: We offer a wide range of lab deep freezers for pharmaceutical, hospital, medical and laboratory uses, where these units are used to preserve and store food products, medical equipment, blood samples, medicines and injections, etc. for a long period of time. The freezer is doubled walled, with the inner wall being made of stainless steel and the outer being  made of a sheet of PCRC steel and is duly powder coated. PUFF (i.e. polyurethane foam) insulation is provided between the two walls. Refrigeration is done by a CFC-free, eco-friendly compressor. Temperatures ranging from ambient to -20°C are achieved by a hermetically sealed compressor. The body is mounted on a sturdy Angle iron frame with Castor wheels. The unit is fitted with a Dual Display Microprocessor PID Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller, for controlling the temperature with great accuracy. The Horizontal Chest type models are supplied in a single compartment, whereas the Vertical models are supplied with two or three stainless steel trays. The device is workable on 220 V AC. Low temperature refrigerant & compressors are used in refrigeration with Puff Insulations.

SPECIFICATION: General specification and all size are same as RSTI-121, but temperature range is from ambient to -40°C. *Low temperature refrigerant & compressors are used in refrigeration with Puff Insulations

3. ULTRA LOW DEEP FREEZER (-70°C)  (MODEL NO. RSTI-123)

SPECIFICATION: General specification and all size are same as RSTI-121, but temperature range is from ambient to -70°C. *Ultra Low temperature refrigerant & two compressors are used in refrigeration with high grade Puff Insulations.

4. ULTRA LOW DEEP FREEZER (-86°C)  (MODEL NO. RSTI-124)

SPECIFICATION: General specification and all size are same as RSTI-121, but temperature range is from ambient to -86°C. *Ultra Low temperature refrigerant & two compressors are used in refrigeration with high grade Puff Insulations. Workable on 220 V/AC.

5. BLOOD BANK REFRIGERATOR (MODEL NO. RSTI-126)

SPECIFICATION: Our blood bank refrigerator is an essential piece of equipment in the immune hematology department and is designed with precise temperature control so as to provide for the safe and convenient storage of whole blood, blood components, and reagents. The inner chamber is made of a stainless steel sheet and the outer is made of a PCRC sheet which is duly powder coated. The equipment is mounted on a sturdy iron frame with castor wheels for easy mobility. The temperature is maintained between 4°C to 6°C with forced air circulation that ensures a uniform temperature, for storing blood bottles or blood bags. The temperature is controlled by a Dual Display Microprocessor PID Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller. Audio / Visual Alarms trigger in the event of temperature fluctuations. The Unit is also fitted with a Door Open alarm & a Power Supply Failure Alarm, as safety devices.

SPECIFICATION: Our vaccine storage refrigerator is designed to store vaccines and other medical products at a stable temperature to ensure they do not degrade. The inner chamber is made of a stainless steel sheet and the outer of a PCRC sheet which is duly powder coated. The unit is mounted on a sturdy iron frame with castor wheels for easy mobility. The temperature is maintained between 4°C to 6°C, with forced air circulation that ensures uniform temperature, for storing medicines. The temperature is controlled by a Dual Display Microprocessor PID Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller.  An Audio / Visual Alarm triggers in the event of temperature fluctuations. A highly efficient refrigeration unit is housed at the bottom. The refrigerator is provided with two doors. The Inner door is transparent and is made of plexiglass, for viewing inside the chamber. Drawers are provided for holding medicines. The device is workable on 220 V AC.
