The king crab, also known as the Kamchatka crab, inhabits the cold waters of the northern part of the Pacific Ocean. Its primary habitats include the shores of the northwest Pacific coast, including the Kamchatka Peninsula, Alaska, and other Arctic regions. These crabs prefer to live at depths of 30 to 200 meters, where the water is cold enough, and they can find food in the form of mollusks, algae, and other bottom-dwelling organisms.
