Mosi2 heating element accessory consists of the element holder and 2 aluminum braid connecting straps.

Heating Element Holders are made of high quality insulation materials and corrosion resistant hardware. They gently but securely hold Molybdenum Disilicide Heating Element Type MOSI2 in place while providing thermal insulation between the element terminals.

Notice: It is no good to use Molybdenum Disilicide Heating Element for Long-term within a range of 400-700℃, otherwise the element will be powered by the strong low temperature oxidation.

Used in 1300℃~1700℃, rod shape, U-shape, W-shape, UL-90degree shape, etc.

MoSi2 heating element is a resistance generate-heating component made from MoSi2 or the basic material. Above 900C temperature the surface will form a SiO2 protection film on its surface for preventing it continuing oxidized. The MoSi2 heating element must not be used in the  temperature 400-700C for a long time, otherwise the element will be cremated in the low temperature.

MoSi2 heating element is used in the furnace temperature from 1300C to 1700C. It is extensively used in the industries of metallurgy glass, ceramic refractory, crystal, electronic device, furnace-manufacture, etc…

Types: Pole, U-shape, W-shape and U-right angle shape, diameters 3/6, 4/9,6/12, 9/18, 12/24mm and in lengths up to 2000mm
