1. Buyer issues ICPO.
2. Seller issues Commercial Invoice, Buyer signs and Returns back
to seller.
3. Seller issues to Buyer the NOR (Notice of Readiness) to
Commence the Injection of the product.
4. Seller issues TSR for the Product and book for SGS inspection
for Dip Test Analysis, SGS inspection team open Communication
with the Storage facility to confirm The Location according to the
TSR information and schedule visit for sample collection
5. SGS reports to the Buyer and seller their findings and quote
date of sample collection
6. Buyer extends Seller's Tank to validate the Tank to enable
access by the fuel Inspectors. SGS proceed with their analysis and
release the result within 24hours
7. Injection begins into Buyers Tank/Vessel
8. Buyer makes the payment for the Total Value of the Product
Injected into the Tanks/Vessel Through the means of MT103- TT.
9. Upon Seller Receives the Payment for the Product from the
Buyer, Seller issues to Buyer the Title Ownership of the product
and all Exporting Document of the product.
10. Buyer lifts the product with its Vessel Tanker. Seller pays All
Intermediary Involved in the Transaction, and Subsequently
Monthly Shipment Continues as per Terms and Conditions of the
Sales and Purchase Agreement Contract between Buyer and Seller.
