The basic information for the Oil deals are as follows:-
Products we can get are mainly:-
Jet A1 Fuel
D2, D6 and EN590.
The current prices for FOB Rotterdam (means the product is at
Rotterdam and the buyer arranges their own shipping) are as
follows:-
D2, D6 & EN590 are $565 per Metric Tonne (MT)
Jet A1 - $109 per barrel
These prices are subject to confirmation from the refineries once
things are progressed forward as prices can rapidly change as you
know.
If people want a CIF quote (they want us to do the shipping to
their designated port) then add on $2 per barrel for Jet A1 and
$15 per MT for the others.
These are extremely cheap products and some people (like Andy
Mitchell) think the prices are too good to be true but we can
show completed transactions to blue chip companies.
The standard procedures for FOB Rotterdam are as follows:-
FOB (DIP/PAY) TRANSACTION PROCEDURE.
1. Buyer issues ICPO, and company registration certificate and
data page of buyers Passport or any I.D.
2. Seller Issues Draft Contract, Commercial Invoice (CI) &
Warning Letter, buyer signs and returns to seller with his TSA.
Seller will complete verification on the TANK FARM of the buyer
before making there three (3) days tank lease payment.
3. Buyer leases and pays the tank storage for 3 days for the
Injection Process. Buyer then pays for his Tank Farm Company for
his two (2) days tank storage costs, (totalling a (5) day TSR)
this is refundable if transaction doesn’t go ahead.
4. Seller issues unconditional DTA and SGS report.
5. Buyer conducts dip test on the product and makes the payment
for the total value of the product injected into the tanks
through the means of MT103-TT.
6. Seller pays all intermediaries involved in the transaction and
subsequently monthly shipment continues as per terms and
conditions of the sales and purchase agreement contract between
buyer and seller.
