TRANSACTION PROCEDURE FOB HOUSTON

1. Buyer sends LOI and Company Profile through the seller's authorized agent.

2. Seller issue official Full Cooperate Offer with terms, procedure, and price to the Buyer

3. Buyer issues ICPO for seller approval

4. Seller issues Commercial Invoice (CI)

5. Buyer Signs (CI) and returns to Seller along with Proof of Funds (Only Bank to Bank

procedure RWA or MT199 or MT799) and TSA or CPA for verification.

6. Upon receiving the CI signed, Seller provides Buyer with the below listed POP

documents:

a. Fresh SGS report less than 72hrs

b. Product Passport (Product Analysis Report)

c. Certificate of Origin

d. Irrevocable Commitment Letter to Supplier

e. Tank Storage Receipt (TSR)

f. Authorization to Verify (ATV) physical in Seller’s storage tank farm.

g. Injection Report

h. UDTA for buyer to reconduct test at buyer’s expense if necessary

7. Upon verification of the above POP documents & fresh SGS report, Buyer makes

payment within (24hrs) via MT103 and submits IPA signed by Buyer’s tank farm.

8. Seller’s proceeds with the injection and transfers Title of Ownership to Buyer with al

exportation documents required by the buyer for the transaction.

9. Seller pays intermediaries.
