1. The buyer issues ICPO.

2. Seller provides CI for buyer and seller to sign. Date: 07-12- 202

3 3. The Seller and the Buyer endorse the CI.

4. The Seller provides the following POP documents:

A. PRODUCT PASSPORT

B. CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN

C. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY STATEMENT

5. Seller provides a Dip Test Authorization (DTA) to Buyer and the required other POP documents to conduct a Q&Q inspection by SGS or equivalent inspection agency on Seller's tanks. The buyer performs the Dip test at his own expense or accepts the Fresh SGS test report (not older than 48 hours) offered by the seller

6. After the verification of the POP documents and the Q&Q Dip test carried out by the buyer or offered by the seller, the buyer pays 60% through MT103. Upon loading the ship at origin and against the rest of the documentation, the 40% payment is released via MT 103 to the seller's IOTA account and the ship leaves for the port of HOUSTON.

7. The product is then transported by ship (at the seller's expense) to Houston and will be injected into the buyer's tanks.

8. The total quantity of product will continue to arrive and be paid for as indicated above until the entire 2,057,025.235 barrels are injected into the Buyers' tanks.

9. The seller pays the commission to all the intermediaries and completes the deal.

10. The authenticity of the product is 110% assured by the Seller to the Buyer.
