  When testing products in the JOEO IPX1-6 water spray test chamber, the sample is placed on the turntable of the test chamber. After the test chamber is started, the water flow is controlled by the flow meter and pressure, and enters the swing pipe through the pipe.   • The standard water tank of the rain detection equipment has an automatic water inflow function and is equipped with high and low water level alarm detection, which can effectively prevent the water pump from being damaged due to lack of water.

  Precautions

  • The rain testing machine runs for a long time. If the water spray hole is found to be blocked, the pipe must be disassembled, flushed with tap water, and then assembled
  • After the equipment is positioned, a support bracket is required to prevent the casters from being displaced due to vibration during equipment testing.
  • If you hear unexpected sounds during operation, you need to stop the machine for inspection. After the fault is discovered and resolved, the machine can be restarted to avoid affecting the service life of the equipment.
  • The transmission mechanism must be refueled regularly, and clean 20# oil must be filled in the gearbox.
