Curcumin is one of the most important substances in curcuminoids. The main specifications of turmeric root extract are curcuminoids 95% (curcumin content 70%-80%) and curcumin 10%. Curcuminoids 95% is liposoluble, and it is often used in supplements or pharmaceuticals; while curcumin 10% is water soluble, it is good to used in drinks and cosmetics.
