IMJB系列泥浆磁力泵（简称泥浆磁力泵）是一种磁力驱动泵负压输送带式颗粒泥浆技术，占据国内科技前沿，实现了首次历史性突破，使磁力驱动泵负压成为可能。压力操作和传送带颗粒料浆。

目前国内外所有的磁力泵都不能输送物料桨和固体颗粒。

原因是进入隔离套的浆料容易堵塞，内磁不能驱动，外磁隔离套产生高温。

内外磁场易退磁，滑动轴承易磨损。

在原有的带滑动轴承的磁力隔磁系统内，由于磁流体和隔磁是正压，液体流动缓慢，所以容易堵塞和发热，IMJB系列渣浆磁力泵的研发成功改变了传统磁力泵因输送带粒度运行时用磁涡流发热烧坏了泵的滑道柚副和磁轴承，造成内转子和隔离套划伤，

泵的损坏、介质泄漏等与周围设施和环境的连锁反应，都可能造成更大的损失，甚至引发安全事故。

IMJB series slurry magnetic pump is a new product which applies the working principle of permanent magnet coupling shaft to centrifugal pump. It has the characteristics of full sealing, no leakage and corrosion resistance with reasonable design and excellent technology.

The magnetic pump is composed of three parts: pump, magnetic drive and motor.

The key component of the magnetic drive is composed of an external magnetic rotor, an internal magnetic rotor and a non-magnetic isolation sleeve.

When the motor drives the external magnetic rotor to rotate, the magnetic field can penetrate the air gap and non-magnetic material, driving the internal magnetic rotor connected with the impeller to rotate synchronously, realizing the non-contact transmission of power, and transforming the dynamic seal into a static seal.

Because the pump shaft, the internal magnetic rotor is completely closed by the pump body and the isolation sleeve, it completely solves the problem of "running, running, dropping and leakage", and eliminates the safety hidden danger of flammable, explosive, toxic and harmful media in the oil refining and chemical industry through the seal and leakage of the pump.

IMJB series slurry magnetic force pump has the following important characteristics: its structure adopts radial inlet, axial outlet, suction inlet in the side of the magnetic and isolation sleeve is negative pressure, isolation sleeve without blockage, isolation sleeve outside the surface and inside the magnetic outside composite wear-resistant and corrosion resistant materials.
