HM-White Dextrin is made of corn starch, cassava starch or potato starch by chemical modified. It's a white or slightly yellow shadow powder, has a certain solubility in cold water. The white dextrin has a wide range of viscosity, which will be gradually decreasing while its dextrose equivalent is increasing.
