2. Q: Can I get samples?

    A: Sure, we can provide existing  sample for you to check quality. But if you are our new customer, it need to charge a little sample fee. The Sample charge is refundable when you place the order.

3. Q: How to pay sample fee?

    A: Small amount of sample fee can be paid by via PayPal, AliPay, and credit cards.

4. Q: What is the sample time? 

    A: General samples in stock can be sent out at once; customized samples take 5-10 working days.

5. Q: What is the delivery time?

    A: 30-35 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

6. Q: How many colors are available?

    A: Customer design is acept, pls inform us the pantone color which you need, and we will match the colors.

7. Q: What is your payment terms?

    A: T/T, L/C, Western Union
