1. Can I get a Sample before mass order?
Yes, of course, sample is available, but buyer need to pay for the sample but it will be returned once bid order placed.

2. How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the freight charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready delivered in 3-7 days via express and arrive in 3-5 days.
Buyers can use their own express collect account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

3. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept FOB, CIF, ect. You can choose the one which is the most convenient and cost effective for you.

4. How much will be the Shipping cost and time?
This will depend on the size of your goods and the method of shipping (by sea or by air) and your designated port or air port. We will be grateful if you can spare us some minutes to help us since it will enable us to evaluate the cost based on the information provided

5.When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 12 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are vey urgent to get price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

6. What about the leading time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the product. Usually our leading time is 14 days after order confirmed.

7. Could you please tell me the Warranty Period of your product?
If the product we sell is damaged (if not man-made damage), we will refund you new products in the next order.
