1.P84 filter bag heat set:The semi-finished filter material after acupuncture has poor dimensional stability, low density, large breaking elongation and poor heat stability, so it needs to be heat shrinkable. The main purpose of heat setting of filter material is to eliminate the residual stress of needle felt and reduce the thermal shrinkage rate.
2.P84 filter bag singeing and calendering:This treatment is mainly to burn the fuzz on the surface of the fast walking cloth with the fire mouth, and then use the high temperature roller to iron the cloth surface, so that the cloth surface is smooth and easy to remove dust.
3.P84 filter bag PTFE coating treatment: If the particle size of the dust is less than 1 μ m, or the dust has great adhesion, or the humidity containing gas is large, the ordinary filter material cannot be effectively filtered. The membrane covered filter material made of polytetrafluoroethylene has not only filtering accuracy, but also smooth surface. It will not adhere to dust and is easy to remove dust. At the same time, the dust will not penetrate into the interior of the filter material.
4.P84 filter bag antistatic treatment: Some dust will easily burn when encountering sparks at the specified concentration. Therefore, needle felt filter material with anti-static treatment shall be selected for combustible or explosive dust.
5.P84 filter bag waterproof and oil proof treatment: We adopt the method of impregnating the needle felt filter material with fluorocarbon resin and PTFE. The surface of the filter bag is hydrophobic, and the water droplets can roll on the lotus leaf on the cloth surface, which is easy to catch dust, and avoid and reduce the phenomenon of sticking the bag and corrosion of the bag due to condensation when the temperature difference is large.
6.P84 filter bag easy to clean: Generally, it is mirror treatment, or the surface layer is needle punched on the surface of the cloth with fine denier fiber. The cloth has the dust removal performance, and can work for a long time under high filtering wind speed.
