Description:

Concrete stone veneer molding silicone rubber is a kind of room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber in condensation type. It’s generally named as two part silicone rubber , Part A is a flowable liquid silicone, Part B is the curing agent (Tin catalyst) . It’s mainly used for mold making.

Applications

This mold making silicone rubber can be used for plaster and gypsum ornaments and decorations moulding such as for molding gypsum cornice, plaster ceilings, plaster ceiling rose, ceiling rings, gypsum medallions etc. And also can be used for molding other craft products including GRC products , resin products ，PU products, concrete products mold ,wax , stone/artificial stone , resin crafts , candles, fiberglass products and other similar products molding.

- For products (within 20cm),

with intricate designs, soft silicone is suitable, such as 10-20 shore A.

- For products (20cm-80cm),

with intricate designs, 20-25 shore A is suitable.

with simple designs, 25-30 shore A is suitable.

- For products (80cm-150cm),

with intricate designs, 25 shore A is suitable.

with simple designs, 30-35 shore A is suitable.

- For products (more than 150cm),

with intricate designs, 25-30 shore a A is suitable.
