Product Description
1.Our device can achieve the verification of all items specified in this regulation in accordance with the requirements of JJG162-2019 "National Metrological Verification Regulations for Drinking Cold Water Meters".
2.Our device complies with the requirements of the latest version of the Verification Regulations for Water Meter Verification Devices (JJG1113-2015).
3.Our device is suitable for error detection of each flow point of cold water meters with three specifications of DN15, DN20, and DN25.

5.Our device adopts precision ground cylindrical piston as standard device, which is different from traditional standard metal measuring devices and electronic scales. It has The characteristics of high accuracy, good linearity of segmented volume, and excellent repeatability make it possible to detect small volumes with high precision, thereby saving water volume and improving detection efficiency.
6.Uncertainty of device expansion: ≤0.2% (k=2).
7.Flow range: (5~6300) L/h.
8.Circulation detection: As the whole set of equipment adopts closed loop detection, the detection water flows back to the water tank after being filtered by the filtration system. When the test is over and the piston returns,the clean water source in the sink automatically flows into the piston chamber,so the overall water storage capacity of the sink is small and the structure of the device is compact.
9.Sampling method: one-key control, pneumatic uniform positioning, dynamic image processor or infrared sampling.
10.Computer control software: The whole system realizes automatic detection under the control of the detection software.
11.Reserve MES docking interface to meet system docking and provide sufficient data interfaces.
12.The upper computer software meets the water meter communication protocol provided by the meter factory.
