Q: What is your MOQ ( minimum order quantity ) ?

A: For the item models which are stock available, our MOQ is only 1 set. 

For OEM packing, the MOQ is 5000 sets.

Q: Can you send sample to us for checking the quality of your products firstly?

A: Sure, we can send samples or small orders to you.

For sample value which is under 10USD, we won’t charge the sample cost, but you need to undertake the shipping cost. For sample value which is over 10USD, we charge 80% cost and you also need to undertake the shipping cost.

Q: How long is the delivery time?

A: For the models we have in stock, we will send the goods within 3 working days.

For OEM order with custom packing, it will take 10-15 days.

Q: How long is the quality guarantee?

A: Usually it is 3 months without any human damage.

Q: What’s the payment terms?

A: For OEM/ODM order, 30% deposit in advance after confirming the Proforma Invoice by both sides, balance of 70% should be paid before shipment when the order is ready for shipment.

For models which have in stock, 100% payment after placing the order.
