A: Most stock sample for free,except openning new mold shape,size,or logo customized.Customer should pay for the cost of courier by Express.Mold cost first will be refunded when your order amount our target.

Q: How long is the sample LEAD TIME?
A: For existing samples,it takes 1-2 days.They are free.If you want your own designs,it takes 3-7 days,subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen,etc.

Q: How long is the production lead time?
A:It takes about 15 days for MOQ.

Q: How much is the freight charge?
A:To save cost for you and in order that you can get goods earlier,we suggest to deliver by express for small quantity.

Q: Do you have design services?
A:Yes,we can make the new design according to your need.And OEM is welcome,we can custom your private label.
