Therm-Pad 1600 is a thermally conductive insulating sheet
made of thermally conductive silicone rubber with glass fiber
as the reinforcing substrate, which has both thermal
conductivity and high voltage insulation properties. It is
mainly used between heat-generating semiconductor devices and
heat dissipation substrates, and plays the role of thermal
conductivity and insulation. Therm-Pad 1600 thermally
conductive insulating sheet has a flat and smooth surface,
and has good adhesion properties on various metal and ceramic
devices. The high thermal conductivity enables it to achieve
low interfacial thermal resistance at relatively low
pressure, and to achieve efficient heat dissipation of
heat-generating components.
