1.Q:What the details of the bag will be offered or confirmed?

A:please kindly offer detailed description and requirements of bags you want, like: pictures of bag, size, quantity, material, color, logo imprint, sewing and so on.

2.Q:what the format of the logo design will you need ?

A:Please offer it in AI or PDF File. So that we can make sure bag logo print clear enough.

3.Q:How to make payment ? And do you accept Paypal?

A:We accpet T/T, Western Union, paypal payment methods, etc...

If make payment via Paypal, 4.4% bank charge will be needed.

4.Q:Could we pay deposit and balance?

A:Yes, usually, when quantity more than 10,000pcs, we accept 40%deposit via T/T payment terms, the balance will be payed before delivery after QC inspection. When below 10,000pcs, we suggest make full payment in advance so we can start production quickly.

5.Q:Production time:

A:around 15-18days, it depends on quantity, the more bags the longer time it takes.

6.Q:PRODUCTION AND MANUFACTURE:

A:Once order confirmed and sewing started, any change will contribute to extra cost, it should be afforded by whom that make the changes.

7.Q:PRODUCTION FINISH AND DELIVERY:

A:We offer picture and details of goods after production finished, and your QC inspection welcome! After balance is payed, we will make goods delivered.
