Varieties

1. Oak

It is collected at an altitude of 900 to 1,200 meters in the mountainous forests of the peninsula of Athos in Chalkidiki, which is avaton and only monasteries are sited there.

2. Arbutus (recommended for diabetics).

It is collected at an altitude of 700 to 1,100 meters in the mountain forests of Pindos in Epirus.

3. Fir

It is collected at an altitude of 1,000 to 1,600 meters in the mountainous forests of Thessaly.

4. Boxwood (unique, is not produced by any other producer worldwide)

It is collected at an altitude of 800 to 1,500 meters in the mountainous forests of the Chalkidiki peninsula. It is a honey of limited production.

5. Forest Special (with chestnut-oak-linden, unique, is not produced by any other producer worldwide)

It is harvested at an altitude of 800 to 1,200 meters in the mountainous forests of the peninsula of Athos in Chalkidiki, which is inaccessible and only monasteries are sited there. It is a honey of limited production.
