4.Why do you charge sample fee?

We need to order the material for your customized designs. We need to pay the printing and embroidery, and we need to pay our designers salary. Once you pay the sample fee, it means we have the contract with you, we will take responsibility for your samples, until you say “ok, it is perfect”.

5.How much is the sample fee?

The amount is up to your sample, usually it is 50-150 USD, the sample fee is almost for express shipping cost and product cost. 

6.How about the shipping cost?

If your goods is not large, we can send goods to you, such as FEDEX, DHL, we cooperated with them for long time, so we have good price. If your goods is large, we will send to you via sea, we can quote the price to you, then you can choose whether use our forwarder or yours.

7.How about the sample time?

Sample time:3~10days after order & samples confirmed.

8.What is the payment?

T/T,30% deposit, with balance clear after the order is finished. We can also accept PayPal, West Union or assurance payment via .

Warranty: Our warranty is one years. After you receive the goods or when are you selling, if you find defect products, just take pics or videos to send us. We will re-make it for re-fund them to customers once we confirm it is our responsilibities.
