Gluten Free Quinoa Flour

The Quinoa belongs to the category of "pseudocereals", plants that, although not part of the grasses have similar nutritional content in cereals. Quinoa comes from South America where it is grown primarily in Peru, and Ecuador Boliva. As well as the amaranth quinoa seeds are very famous for their nutritional properties and classified as super food, or foods from exceptional nutritional properties. Approximately 60/70% is composed of carbohydrates, a source of energy, while the rest is almost completely occupied by proteins. There are, then, salts and trace elements such as manganese, potassium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, vitamins A and E, to which are added a few unsaturated fats. Quinoa is also appreciated to be gluten-free, then recommended for people with celiac disease.
The Quinoa flour can be used in different sweet recipes and salt cookies, breads, muffins, pasta and cakes. In the case of
preparations with classic flour containing gluten (wheat, spelled, etc ..) we recommend a maximum dose of this ingredient by 30%
