This product doesn't contain wheat. In addition, Sugar also isn't contained, therefore you can add whatever you like. Baking powder is free from Aluminum. This product can be suggested to baby. Good for those who feel the usual mix powder is too sweet or want to use their favorite sugar because this product is sugar-free.
The only ingredients are rice flour, soy flour, salt, and baking powder(aluminum-free). Because of the simplicity of the ingredients, we were very particular about how they were blended.

Pancake Recipe:
1. Prepare 200g of pancake mix, 1 egg, 250ml of milk or soy milk.
2. Mix the flour, egg, and milk (or oil and water) into a large bowl.
3. Heat the pan over a high heat then turn to a medium heat.
Bacon and Cheese Bread Recipe:
1. Prepare 2 cups, 100g of pancake mix, 150ml of milk, 1 teaspoon of oil, 2 pieces of bacon, and 30g of cheese.
2. Cut the bacon into small pieces and mix the ingredients in a large mixing bowl..
3. Fill the cups 1/2 full with the batter.
4. Microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. (Please adjust the cooking time according to the microwave used.)
