MSC	Support CSFB function, or deploy a new MSC as CSFB proxy
SGSN	No requirements if using R8 Redirection fallback mechanism
RNC/BSS	Support sending the page response to MSC when the page request sent by MME, not through the BSC/RNC Support 3GPP R8 phase and can broadcast 4G adjacent area information Fast return to LTE after CS service is recommended to be triggered by BSC/RNC for better user experience
