Structure
Linear burners are divided into recessed linear burners and wall-mounted linear burners according
to different installation methods. The recessed linear burner is also equipped with a mounting flange
plate, which is mainly responsible for the installation and fixation of the burner. The key role of the
interconnection between the inside and outside of the furnace.
Gas system
The gas system consists of a gas nozzle and a gas shell. The gas shell is equipped with combustion
system accessories such as ignition electrodes, pressure holes, observation holes, flame detection holes,
and grounding bolts. The gas nozzle is connected to the gas pipe and cooperates with the ignition
system to mix air and gas to ignite and stabilize the flame.
The flame detection hole is used to install a flame detection device to detect whether the
combustion system is working properly and to provide safety protection.
Air Shell
The integrated design of the air shell and the gas shell is mainly responsible for the diversion and
distribution of air. It adopts a special alloy structure, which is beautiful and elegant and can extend the
service life of the burner. The linear structure can transfer heat energy to the air supply system more
evenly, making it more effective. To achieve the purpose of precise temperature control.
Install flange plate
The recessed linear burner requires a flange plate to be installed in conjunction with the burner head
for installation, fixation and linking of the burner. It also has a built-in thermal insulation lining to
effectively improve energy utilization and reduce energy loss.
