  Two years warranty excluding electrical components.

2, Once we’ve bought a machine from you, are you able to supply us with material?

   We can assist you in finding the appropriate materials to suit your machine.

3, Do you sell only standard machines?

   No, most of our machines are built according to customers specifications, using top brand name components. OEM is acceptable

4, Do you have after sales support?

   Yes, we are happy to give advice and we also have skilled technicians. We need your machines running in order to keep your business running.

5, What sales terms do you have?

   Normally, TT 30% before production, balance before delivery at sight is acceptable.

6, Do you have instruction manuals?

    We provide you with instruction manuals, electricity layouts, civil requirements, and machine drawings or Video Support.

7, Once machine arrivers at our factory what happens then?

    We will send you a technician or engineer that will commission and install your machine, and train your staff.

8, What do I need to offload my machine from the container?

    You are not responsible for the offloading of your machinery, and it is recommended that you use a reputable rigging company.

9, What kind of controls/Parts do you use on your machines?

    AMS, OMRON, Schneider, Siemens, and ASK, ABBA, OPTIMA, HSD

10, What is your delivery time?

    Depending on the type of machine, duration of 10 days to 45 days from date of order.

11, Do we receive any updates while machine is in the manufacturing process? 

     Yes, Regular updates on progress will be sent to you

12, How can I get the best machine?

     You can give us your working material and detail by image or video so we can give a judge that if our machine meets your needs. And we will recommend you the best size.

13, How can I do if the machine has any problem?

     We would send you accessories for free if the machine has any problem in warranty.

14,What is your minimum order quantity and warranty?

      MOQ is one set, and warranty is one year.

15,What CNC system do you use?
      FANUC, SIEMENS, MISTSUBISHI, LNC, SYNETC, GSK etc. It depends on your choice.

16,Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

     1.Professional manufacturer with factory for more than 15 years

     2.We have the right of export and import

17,What is your trade terms? 
      FOB, CFR, CIF or others terms are all acceptable.

18,How do we confirm the accuracy and performance of machines?

(1) Regarding the performance, we could produce a workpiece for your consult, which will be produced according to the customer's sample that send to us.

           (2) You could inspect machine accuracy by online video

(3) You also could check our factory and machine quality by SGS or other Inspecting Authority.

19,What is the package? Is it suitable for shipment?

Machines will be packed by exporting standard package, water proof, anti-rust and fumigation-free. It is very much strong for oversea transportation.
