• What is your MOQ ?

Usually our MOQ is 480pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.

 

• Are your samples free or need cost? How can I get a sample to check your quality?

Actually it depends on the products. For low value products, we will provide free samples, freight collect. But for some high value samples, it need samples cost and freight collect. After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.

Please informed that all samples cost and freight cost can be returned back to you after order placed. You’re welcomed to email us for checking.

 

• Can you help me make my own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?

Sure. We have professional R&D team to design new items. We can made OEM and ODM items for you as long as you can tell us your idea or provide pictures. As to the sample time is about 15 days normally. Sample fee is charged according to the material and the size of the product.

 

• How about your quality guarantee?

We’re 100% responsible for damage of full container goods if it’s caused by our improper package. We have very strict QC team, they will inspect the goods one by one both when white body and after paint.

 

• What is your payment term?

Our normal payment term is TT, 30%deposite, 70%balanced against Bill of Loading.
