A3:Please send the item number you interested in to me,I will calculate the amount for you,and we will send them by TNT,Fedex and so on.If you have express account,that's will be better.

Q4:Where is your port?
A4:We export to your country from Ningbo Port in China.

Q5:What about the payment?
A5:For the first order should be 100%T/T before production.Then the payment can be 30% deposit,and the balanced payment will be done after we sending you the copies of shipping documents.

Q6:What's your delivery time?
A6:As we are the manufacturer,after receving your deposit, we can deliver your order within 25 days.

Q8:Can I get your products with our logo and design?
A: Most of products are OEM or ODM with your logo and brand not including the control valves( Keman brand valve)

A: 7 Days for sample orders. 20-25 days for mass production orders (based on different quantities)

Q10: What's your warranty?
A: Our warranty is 1 year. But normally, our machine can work 5 years before repair.
