Fiber Lock(Fiber Seal, Fiber Tex)

FIBER LOCKTM(FINE, Fiber Seal , Fiber Tex) is a blend of micronized cellulose fiber. This product can be used in water-base and oil-base mud, as well as work over fluids as a source of deformable, compressible, and malleable particles that enhance a fluid's particle size distribution (PSD), seal depleted sands, and inhibit hydration of sensitive shale. Provides excellent (PSD) to form a tough filter cake. System treatment levels range from 4 to 10 ppb, while pill concentrations vary from 15 to 30 ppb. FIBER LOCKTM(FINE) can be used in conjunction with FIBER LOCKTM(MEDIUM) in a lost circulation pill, typically in concentrations of 15 to 25 ppb of each.
