These flange bronze bushing have been developed for low speed and high load applications, are particularly suitable for oscillating motion and are ideal for construction, mining / quarrying, agriculture and automotive industries.

The flange bronze bushing 092 is a derivative of the flange bronze bushing 090 bearings and is similarly wrapped in homogeneous bronze (CuSn8) capable of cold deformation. The main difference is that the grooves on the sliding surface of the flange bronze bushing 092 have been replaced by through holes. This allows the flange bronze bushing 092 oil to have a greater ability to collect grease compared to grooves.

These through holes serve as lubricant reservoirs to quickly form a lubricating film in the initialization movement and subsequently reduce the initial friction. The packaged bronze material is suitable for the construction and agriculture industries, where high loads and slow movements occur. The bushing surface of the flange bronze bushing 092 is reduced by 15% due to the through holes.
