Enviclone's PV modules Dynamic Mechanical Load (DML) Test Machine simulates the dynamic load with the pneumatic cylinders and suction cups. Each pneumatic cylinder drives one suction cup, and each cylinder rod is equipped with one tension pressure sensor. Each pneumatic cylinder is a separate control module. Periodic load stress test is performed on the Photovoltaic (PV) Modules’ surface, and PV Modules can be installed according to different requirements. The system also has the ability to monitor the curvature of the PV Module’s center points in real time.
