WE HAVE READY CARGO EN590 10PM IN MALAYSIA AND INDONESIA SEA, WE ARE READY TO SIGN CONTRACK 100-500K MT PER MONTH. WE WORK WITH BANK INSTRUMENT. DEAL WILL BE BANK TO BANK PROCEDURE.

1. Buyer issues official ICPO with company registration certificate, company profile, a copy of signatory passport and banking information.

2. After Buyer’s due diligence, Seller issues draft SPA and CI (commercial invoice) to Buyer within 48-72 banking hours. Buyer sign, seals and return them to the Seller in Word for final endorsement.

3. Buyer issues SBLC MT760, BG MT760 to Seller’s bank within 48 hours after received the approve documents from Seller.

4. Seller will give Proof of Products (POP) to Buyer within 48 hours after Seller bank confirm of Buyer Swift:

a. Bill of Loading

b. Certificate of Origin

c. Cargo Manifest

d. Ullage Report

e. Notice of Readiness (NOR) / Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)

f. Product Quality Passport (Analysis Test Report) by Russian Standard Gost R.

g. Vessel Q88

5. Seller to issue Performance Bond (PB) 2% within 3 banking days upon receiving Buyer’s SBLC MT760, BG MT760.

6. Upon arrival of the vessel at Tanjung Pelepas, Seller issues Authorization to Board (ATB) for Buyer team to inspect the Q & Q in the vessel by SGS or equivalent within 24 hours and the cost borne by Buyer.

7. Upon confirmation of Q&Q by SGS / CIQ at Tanjung Pelepas, The Buyer releases 100% value of the cargo payment via MT103 to the Seller account.

8. Seller transfers all documents to the Buyer name, and the Buyer reroute the Vessel to the discharge location.

9. Seller within 2 banking days’ pay the intermediaries via MT103.
