Q3. How to get a sample lace fabric to confirm the quality?

A: 1. Please give the exactly composition, construction, density, width and weight of lace fabric to us. We can give you a sample according to your specification.

2. You can send us a sample, we can give you a counter sample according to your sample.

Q4. I don't know the fabric information, how to make order from you?

A: It's the best way if you can send us a sample, so we can according to your sample give you a  counter sample for check the quality, also we will quote a price for you check the cost. After confirm all of this. You can contact our sales for an order.

Q5. Can you make OEM or ODM service?

 A: Yes. We can accept OEM service. Also we have our own designer team. So it's also welcome to choose our ODM products.

Q6. Do you have some special policies for Brand company?

A: Yes, we have some special support for the company who has own brand but also in our VIP  customers list. Please send us your selling data of last year, so that we could support you the products in your market. 

Q7. Can you make Door to Door service? Because I don't know how to do customs clearance. 

A: Yes. We can make Door to Door service to help you save much time of shipping. Also we have big discount with shipping company because we have do much of this every day. So it will save your time also money.

Q8: What is the payment team?

A: T/T, Paypal, Western Union, On-line and so on.

Q9: Do you provide free samples?

A: If you are the first time to cooperate with us, the postage should be paid by you. The sample fees can be deducted when placing orders.  

Q10: Do you accept small order? What about placing a trial order?
