Product Details
The ion earthing system is composed of advanced sustained-release
earthing electrode (including reversible sustained-release filler),
initiator and enhanced electrolytic ion filler. The surface of the
electrode is red copper alloy to ensure the highest electrical
conductivity and long service life, and with two kinds of fillers
inside and outside, the fillers are non-toxic compounds, no
pollution to the environment. It has been proved by experiments
that the direct cause of high soil resistivity is the lack of
auxiliary conductivity of free ions. The filler outside the
earthing conductor is the material with strong water absorption,
strong adsorption and high cation exchange ability as the main
body, with a long term, resistance reduction, corrosion resistance,
high coefficient of expansion is not affected by temperature
changes, high voltage impact resistance of a variety of chemical
materials as auxiliary materials. It is mainly used to solve the
problems of humidity, ion generation content, corrosion protection
and so on around the grounding conductor, so that the conductor and
the earth are closely connected, which reduces the contact
resistance between the electrode and the soil, improves the
resistivity of the surrounding soil, and effectively enhances the
lightning conductivity release ability. The inside of the conductor
is filled with special ionic compounds that fully absorb moisture
from the air. Through the delisting action, the active electroions
can be effectively released into the soil and interact with the
moisture in the soil and the air, which can further promote the
external slow release and drag reduction of the conductor, and keep
the resistance value stable for a long time. The compounds in the
conductor gradually combine into a colloidal transparent state over
time. We make use of the conductive property of colloidal
compounds, so that the whole system can be in the state of ion
exchange for a long time, thus forming an ideal electrolytic ion
grounding system. Electrolytic ion grounding electrode

tube ≤1% 7±5% 3000 copper tube ≤1% 7±5% * If there are other
requirements please contact the factory for more information about
products and services. Construction method: 1. Drill a hole with a
diameter of about 30cm with a depth of 1.5-3.5m (slightly longer
than the length of ion earthing rod) depending on the type used. 2.
3. Connect the ground wire to the wiring end of the cover end of
the ion ground rod, and tear off the adhesive tape on the ion
exchange hole of the cover end; 4. Place the ion grounding
electrode in the hole, and fill the remaining backfill agent into
the gap in the hole; 5. In case of multiple construction, connect
all the roots with horizontal grounding wires; One will lead to the
ground test point; 6, test, meet the requirements, return earth
tamping. 7. Complete the construction.
