This inclined drum shot blasting machine is one of the latest standard series of cleaning equipment developed by our company. This machine can be used to clean workpieces that are easy to flip and fall, non-brittle parts that are not easily crushed, and cast, forged and welded parts with shallow cores, and remove sand and oxide scale on the surface of the workpiece. The whole machine is controlled by PLC, with a high degree of automation. It can work as a stand-alone machine or with wiring.
Output can be done by belt conveyor or vibrating conveyor (customized individually)
1. Adapt to product specifications: single piece weight less than 40KG, length less than 550mm, maximum rotation diameter ∅350mm, minimum diameter ∅12mm or more, temperature less than 100℃
2. Processing capacity: 0.6m³ or less and 1500KG or less, but it varies depending on the shape and characteristics of the product
