Based on the ABS/EBD/BAS electronic stabilization system of the original Volkswagen car, this device can simulate the working state of ABS/ESP system during the operation of the car. It is easy to operate, safe and reliable. It is applicable to the teaching needs of ABS/ESP body electronic stabilization system and maintenance training in middle and higher vocational and technical colleges, general education colleges and training institutions.

Functional Features:

1. The measuring panel of the training platform is painted with color inkjet circuit diagram, which is made of 8mm thick high-strength acrylic plate, which is resistant to large temperature difference, wear-resisting, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, not easy to deformation, long service life, bright color, not easy to fade and so on.

2. The operation panel of the training platform is equipped with automobile instruments and pressure gauges, which can display the changes of speed, braking pressure and other parameters in real time. Equipped with a diagnostic block, it can be connected to a special or general purpose vehicle decoder to perform self-diagnosis functions such as reading fault code, clearing fault code and reading data stream for ABS/ESP body electronic stability system.

3. Test terminals are installed on the panel of the training platform, which can directly detect the electrical signals of various sensors, actuators and the pins of ABS/ESP electronic stability control unit, such as resistance, voltage, current and frequency signals.

4. The training platform is made of seamless welding of steel frame structure, the metal surface is treated with high-temperature plastic spraying, the paint is solid, with bright color, anti-scratch, anti-corrosion, long life and other characteristics, the platform with self-locking caster device, flexible movement, safe and reliable, strong and durable.
