FOB FUJEIRAH PORT TRANSACTIONS PROCEDURE

1. The buyer accepts the seller's procedure and confirms his consent by submitting a company profile. If

the buyer undergoes a comprehensive check, after which a zoom meeting is scheduled between the seller and the buyer.

2. The seller issues a commercial invoice (CI) for the available quantity in the seller's tank and sends

buyer.

3. The buyer sends the POF along with the signed CI to MT 199 from his bank to the seller's bank.

4. NCNDA/IMFPA is signed by all interested parties.

5. The seller sends a fresh SGS to the buyer along with a set of pop-up documents.

6. Buyer makes Dip Test (optional) and injection programs.

7. After completion of the download, the buyer makes payment via MT103/TT immediately to the Seller.

8. Within 48 hours after confirmation of payment for the amount of the goods, the seller makes payment to all

participation in the transaction according to IMFPA/NCNDA.
