2. When can I get the FOB price?

As usual, we will quote you the FOB price within 12 hours after receiving inquiry. 

3. How can I get a sample to check your quality? 

Free for a blank sample to check the design and quality, except for the express freight.

As for printed samples, we will check $30-$100 to cover the cost on laser cut&printing.

The sample cost can be refunded if you finnaly placed the order. 

4. How long can I expect to get the samples?

You can receive the samples about 5-7 working days after confirmed files and finished the payment .

5.Could I put our  logos on the product?

Yes, customized order is acceptble.

6. Can you design for us for free?

Yes! We have the professional design team

7. What kind of files do you accept for laser cut&printing?

AI, PDF, CDR, etc. 

8. What about the lead time for mass production?

Actually, it depends on your order quantity ,the process crafts and the seasons.

Generally 500,000pcs within 7 working days.

9. What is your terms of delivery?   

 We accept EXW, FOB, CIF,CNF, etc.
